What's New
Creating Effective Work Environments - FREE seminars, offered through our EAP provider, designed to bring awareness to issues that employees may not realize they have problems with, help address inappropriate workplace behavior and bring understanding of how individual actions impact the work environment.
Annual Performance Review (Staff) - 2008 Performance Evaluations (and planning for 2009) should be completed for all eligible Administrative staff not later than February 28, 2009. The review period for Academic Affairs staff has been adjusted to the fiscal year (July 1 through June 30); annual reviews and planning for those staff should be completed in July 2009. Workshops on Performance Planning and Reviewing are available.
New Online Employee Safety Series - HR offers a new series of FREE online basic training courses to increase awareness for employees in the university community regarding possible safety hazards, and how to recognize and avoid them.
Service Plus Customer Service Workshops - HR offers a new series of FREE workshops to help build a total service culture around exceptional service and a commitment to putting customer needs at the center.
